IB MYP Teacher Wanted – Wujin Foreign Language School, Changzhou, China (September 2026 Start)

Position Overview

Work Schedule & Class Workload
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Teaching Workload: Maximum of 20 classes per week
- Weekend Commitment: Occasional assistance with school enrollment and marketing events may be required on weekends, though this occurs rarely.
Premium Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 24,000 – 25,000 RMB After Tax (Paid from September to June)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive curriculum plans, teaching aims, schedules, and examination structures aligned with yearly school objectives.
- Conduct engaging, student-centered lessons utilizing Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodologies.
- Manage student records meticulously, including grades, mid-term/final achievements, and progress reports; analyze performance data to optimize teaching strategies.
- Organize subject-specific tests, examinations, and actively participate in parent-teacher meetings and school wide activities.
- Maintain highly efficient, positive, and professional communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Engage in professional development, including school-sponsored promotion programs, workshops, and peer class observations.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Status: Native English speaker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Valid TEFL/TESL certificate alongside official Teaching Credentials.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven international school teaching experience related to the IB/MYP framework.
- Skillset: Demonstrated expertise in Project-Based Learning and a highly responsible, creative, flexible, and energetic classroom presence.
- Documentation: Able to provide complete, qualified, and clean documents meeting all requirements for a Chinese Work Permit application.
