Kindergarten English Teacher Wanted – Ningbo, Zhejiang, China (August 2026 Start)

Compensation & Premium Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 22,000 – 25,000 RMB Before Tax (Negotiable for outstanding candidates based on experience)
- Accommodation: Free comfortable housing provided directly by the school OR a monthly housing stipend of 1,500 RMB
- Paid Vacation: Enjoy 3–4 weeks of fully paid winter break, plus all official Chinese National Holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate lessons that encourage children to explore, play, and grow across cognitive, social, and emotional areas.
- Foster a warm, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels a sense of belonging and is motivated to try new things.
- Keep thoughtful records of each student’s development milestones, classroom moments, and daily well-being to share meaningfully with families.
- Build trusting relationships with parents through open, friendly communication—sharing children’s triumphs, challenges, and daily discoveries.
- Lead interactive music, movement, storytelling, art, and play-based activities that tap into children’s natural wonder and diverse ways of learning.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Native English speaker (to meet Chinese work permit regulations).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- Certification: A TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is considered a strong plus.
