Kindergarten English Teacher Wanted – Guangzhou, China (Early July 2026 Start)

Position Details
- Location: Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China
- Job Title: Lead Kindergarten English Teacher
- Start Date: Early July, 2026
- Student Level: Very young learners (Kindergarten Homeroom)
Work Schedule & Hours
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (No Weekend Classes)
- Working Hours: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
- Daily Break: Includes a generous 2-hour lunch break every day!
Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 22,000 RMB After Tax (Includes a 2,000 RMB housing allowance)
- Performance Bonus: 3,000 – 5,000 RMB per semester (Based on evaluation metrics)
- Paid Holidays: All Chinese National Holidays + seasonal breaks (Winter & Summer breaks are approximately 1 month each, with 10 working days paid per break)
- Renewal Incentive: 4,000 RMB (Pre-Tax) transportation allowance awarded upon completing one full year and renewing for an additional year
- Visa Support: Full legal assistance for work visa (Z visa) and residence permit processing
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead English teacher for a designated homeroom of very young learners.
- Create, maintain, and nurture a warm, orderly, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Implement and follow the school’s established curriculum while integrating creative ideas, topics, and interactive materials.
- Complete and submit detailed monthly student progress reports on time.
- Maintain high institutional standards of cleanliness, punctuality, and overall professionalism.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Native English speaker (to comply with local work permit regulations).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Degrees in Language, Early Childhood Education, or related fields preferred).
- Certification: Valid TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or DELTA certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven teaching experience.
- Candidate Profile: Calm, patient, organized, tidy, polite, reliable, and naturally skilled at working with young children. Must be willing to learn alongside fellow teachers.
