Job Overview & Schedule
- Location: Incheon, South Korea
- Start Date: As Soon As Possible (ASAP)
- Student Type: Elementary and Middle School students
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Short working hours, no weekends)
Salary & Comprehensive Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 2.5 Million KRW per month and up (Negotiable depending on experience)
- Housing: Furnished single-room apartment provided, or a housing allowance option (The school ideally prefers candidates who already have accommodation in the Incheon area, but all housing details are fully open for discussion during the interview).
- Airfare: Provided for incoming teachers.
- Paid Vacation: 11 days of paid vacation plus all national Korean holidays.
- Insurance & Pension: Full coverage under Korean National Health Insurance and National Pension.
- Severance Pay: Paid upon successful completion of the contract.
Candidate Requirements
- Nationality: Native English speaker holding citizenship from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
- Visa Status: E-2 or F-visa holders. Since this is an immediate start, candidates with their visa documents or transfer documents ready will be given high priority.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Personality: Active, encouraging, professional, and passionate about guiding young learners.
