Elementary ESL Teacher Needed in Bundang (Jeongja), Seongnam

Job Overview & Schedule
- Location: Bundang (Jeongja), Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
- Student Age Group: Elementary School students
- Start Date: Negotiable / As Soon As Possible (ASAP)
- Monday – Thursday Hours: 2:20 PM – 9:40 PM
- Friday Hours: 2:20 PM – 7:15 PM (Enjoy an early start to your weekend!)
- Weekends: Every weekend off
Salary & Comprehensive Benefits
This position features a premium compensation package and full legal coverage in strict accordance with South Korean labor laws:
- Monthly Salary: 2.6 – 3.0 Million KRW per month (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
- Housing: Furnished single housing provided by the school, or a monthly housing allowance
- Paid Vacation: 11 days of paid vacation plus all national Korean holidays
- Insurance & Pension: Full coverage and contributions under the National Health Insurance and National Pension systems
- Severance Pay: A full month’s salary paid as a completion bonus upon successful completion of the one-year contract
Candidate Requirements
- Nationality: Native English speaker holding citizenship from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
- Visa Status: Holds or is eligible for an E-2 or F-series visa. Candidates with apostilled documents ready will be prioritized for immediate start.
- Personality: Warm, engaging, professional, and genuinely passionate about elementary childhood education.
