Position & Teaching Load
- Teaching Load: Maximum of 17 classes per week
- Student Level: Grade 10 – 11 (Senior High)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 RMB per month (inclusive of housing allowance, negotiable for exceptionally qualified candidates)
- Visa Support: Legal Work Visa (Z-Visa) and Residence Permit provided and sponsored
- Paid Leave: Fully paid National Holidays plus a Winter Holiday break

- Training: Free orientation and teaching training provided
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and cater to the varying proficiency levels of students
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive learning environment conducive to language acquisition
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the needs of Grade 10 and 11 students
- Evaluate student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to help them improve
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and orientation programs to ensure teaching quality and consistency
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s Degree or above (Major in English preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant English teaching experience (or 1 year+ if highly suitable)
- Must hold a valid Work Visa or be eligible to apply for one
