Kindergarten English Teacher — Beijing, China

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 25,000 – 32,000 RMB per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
- Total Monthly Earnings: With optional after-school enrichment classes, total pay can reach 30,000 RMB or more per month

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons for children aged 3–6
- Design and implement creative play-based learning activities that foster language, social, and cognitive development
- (Optional) Lead after-school enrichment programs (e.g., storytelling, phonics, arts, or sports) for additional compensation
- Monitor and document each child’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and administration
- Actively participate in school events, curriculum meetings, and professional development sessions
Requirements
- Native English speaker (non-native applicants must hold a valid teaching license such as PGCE, QTS, or state/provincial teaching certificate)
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in kindergarten and training center settings (combined experience accepted)
- Candidates already in China with a valid work visa/residence permit will be given priority
