Native English Teacher – Private Training School, Chengdu

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and enthusiastic native English instructor to join our private language training school faculty. This position features a dynamic learning environment where you can work with a wide range of age groups, allowing you to focus on high-quality delivery, interactive teaching methods, and student language development.
Compensation and Schedule
- Base Salary: 16,000 RMB – 18,000 RMB per month (Before Tax)
- Location: Luhu, Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, Sichuan Province
- Start Date: ASAP (Immediate Start / Arrival)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for daily lessons efficiently in advance according to the training school curriculum.
- Conduct engaging, high-quality communicative English classes for students aged 4-18.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom environment that motivates young learners and teens alike.
- Collaborate with local faculty and the management team to support overall student success.
Ideal Candidate
- Language: Native English speaker.
- Visa Status: Eligible to obtain or transfer a valid legal working visa (Z-visa) for China.
- Skills: Adaptable teaching style capable of managing diverse age groups, with a cheerful and professional attitude.
