Kindergarten English ESL Teacher – Changping District, Beijing

We are seeking professional, reliable, and enthusiastic native English instructors dedicated to early childhood education. Operating within an international class full-day shift, this position focuses on delivering high-quality early English education through engaging, interactive methods in a highly supportive environment.
Compensation and Housing Benefits
- Base Salary: 20,000 RMB – 25,000 RMB per month (After-Tax)
- Housing Support: 4,000 RMB monthly housing allowance.

Vacation and Benefits
- National Holidays: All Chinese public holidays observed strictly with payment.
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks paid annual leave (upon completion of 1 year) plus 3 days of documented sick leave.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct immersive English teaching to create an all-English language environment for students aged 5-6.
- Deliver early English education using interactive methods such as games, picture books, and songs.
- Assist in class activities, outdoor recreation, and off-campus exploration tasks.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and conduct demo lessons for enrollment.
- Cooperate with kindergarten events and deliver exceptional foreign teacher demonstration tasks.
Ideal Candidate
- Nationality: Native English speaker (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Korea, etc.).
- Degree & Major: Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Early Childhood Education, English, Education, Sports, or Art preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional children’s English teaching experience (kindergarten classroom experience is a major plus; fresh graduates are not accepted).
- Age & Demographics: Between 23–45 years old; cheerful, passionate, and energetic.
