Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 22k – 25k CNY ($3,080 – $3,500 USD/Month (After Tax))

Requirements:
- Nationality: Native only
- Age: Under 40
- Experience:
- Junior high school teaching experience for more than two years
- Curriculum development and implementing experience
- Certification: TEFL/TESOL
- Educational Background: BA or above (preferably in education/English)
Other Requirements:
- Attend weekly meetings, training, workshops, and parent meetings
- Regular class preparation
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to build professional relationships with coworkers and students
- Proven ability to maintain a safe and studious classroom environment
