Job Description

As a Kindergarten Teacher, your responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the unique learning needs of students.
2. Planning and implementing effective teaching methods.
3. Assessing, providing feedback, and reporting on student progress.
4. Creating supportive and safe learning environments.
5. Assisting and supporting expat teachers in effective communication with Chinese managers, colleagues, departments, and parents.
6. Teaching students aged 2-6 years old.
7. Managing class sizes ranging from 8 to 18 students.
8. Working hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

Requirements for English Teaching Jobs in China

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

1. A minimum of two years of relevant kindergarten teaching experience.
2. A bachelor’s degree in Education and English (preferred).
3. A cheerful and friendly disposition, with a cooperative team spirit.
4. An ability to handle challenges with flexibility and problem-solving skills.
5. Familiarity with Early Years Foundation Stages (preferred).
6. Native English speaker with the ability to obtain a work visa.

Compensation

Your compensation package includes:

• Monthly Salary: 20,000 RMB – 28,000 RMB.
• Reimbursement of 5,000 RMB for document authentications, including work visa, residence permit, and medical checkup fees.
• Flight ticket reimbursement.
• Contract renewal bonus: 5,000 RMB.
• Chinese Social Insurance provided.
