We are currently hiring a skilled Drum Instructor to join our training school in Beijing, focusing on teaching contemporary percussion. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in popular drumming styles and a passion for sharing musical knowledge with students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective drumming lessons for students at various skill levels.
- Develop and implement a curriculum tailored to contemporary percussion techniques.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for students.
Requirements:
- Proficient in popular drumming styles and techniques.
- Prior experience in teaching percussion at a school or music institution.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate students of different skill levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
- Monthly salary: ¥20,000 – ¥25,000. ($2,800 – $3,500)
- Accommodation provided.
