Position Summary
YBM ECC, Ok-Gil is seeking a passionate and creative Kinder ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating an engaging, nurturing, and language-rich environment for young learners aged 5–7 to develop foundational English skills.
Job Details
Location:
Ok-Gil, Bucheon-Si (near Bucheon and Yeokgok stations)
Team Structure:
6 native English teachers
6 Korean teachers
Start Date:
Mid-February to Early March
Working Days/Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly salary: 2.4–2.6 Million KRW
Housing provided, or 500,000 KRW housing allowance if housing is not required
Insurance provided under the Korean Medical Insurance Union
Severance: 2 payments of the monthly salary
Korean National Pension taxes withheld from salary
Paid vacation: 9–10 days
12 paid sick days
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a native English-speaking country
Experience:
Teaching experience preferred, but not required
Visa Requirements:
E2 visa eligibility
