Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a classroom setting
- Teaching certifications or accreditations preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and parents
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform all duties associated with elementary and early years education
- Provide pastoral care and support for students
- Maintain regular parent communication regarding academic progress and student development
- Plan, prepare, and conduct classes according to school schedules
- Record, assess, and communicate student performance fairly and professionally
- Follow SIE policies, standards, regulations, and institutional procedures
- Demonstrate professionalism, honesty, fairness, and ethical conduct
- Work collaboratively with school administrators and fellow teachers
- Participate in school events, activities, and extracurricular clubs
