- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Teaching Hours (Weekly): Average 21 hours
- Monthly Salary: 2.4 – 2.6 million KRW
- Housing: Free housing provided or 300,000 KRW monthly allowance
- Vacation: 15 paid vacation days
- Benefits: Medical insurance, national pension, severance pay
