Boarding & Teaching Opportunities – Summerland, BC, Canada

Position 1: Manager, Student Residence
Location: Summerland, BC (Onsite, Full-Time Permanent)
Compensation: Competitive salary + attractive benefits package (Exempt role – no overtime)

Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in student boarding operations.
- Leadership Skills: Strong people manager with expertise in coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Crisis Management: Demonstrated sound judgment and crisis management skills in high-pressure situations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or Student Affairs.
- Certifications (Non-Negotiable): Must hold valid CPR/First Aid certification and a valid British Columbia (BC) Class 4 Driver’s License.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Position 2: IB Teacher (Multiple Subjects)
School: UNISUS International School
Location: Summerland, BC (Full-Time, Salaried)
Start Date: 2027–2028 Academic Year and beyond

Candidate Profile & Requirements
- IB Expertise: Experienced IB educator with a culturally sensitive, adaptive, and inquiry-based teaching approach.
- Certification: Must hold (or be fully eligible for) a British Columbia (BC) Teacher Certification.
- References: Professional references are required, including a minimum of one (1) direct employer reference.
