ESL Kindergarten & Summer Camp Teachers Wanted – Busan (Myeongji Area)
Are you an enthusiastic educator looking for a fantastic teaching opportunity in Busan? A premier, non-franchised international school in the clean and modern Myeongji area of Busan is currently recruiting! We are opening a brand-new kindergarten class and hosting an exciting Summer Camp. Depending on candidate availability, we are offering two flexible contract options for both full-time career educators and short-term camp teachers.
Hiring Options & Start Dates
We are currently adapting to teacher availability and recruiting for the following two structures:
- Option 1 (Full-Time Career Path): Join us to lead our Summer Camp in August, and seamlessly transition into the Full-Time Homeroom Teacher for a brand-new kindergarten class starting in September 2026.
- Option 2 (Dual Hiring – Full-Time OR Short-Term):
- Position A: One Full-Time Homeroom Teacher for a new kindergarten class starting early in July 2026.
- Position B: One Short-Term Teacher available to work ONLY during our Summer Camp in August.
August Summer Camp Details
- Camp Dates: August 3rd – August 28th, 2026
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Teaching Workload: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Highly manageable routine)
- Class Size: Premium small group setting with a maximum of only 8 students!
- Student Profile: Students already possess strong English communication skills, making classroom management smooth and efficient.
- Responsibilities: The camp teacher will handle both interactive teaching and full student care throughout the daily camp hours.
Full-Time Position Schedule & Standards
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday; No Weekend Classes)
- Role: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher
Compensation & Premium Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 2.6 Million – 3.0 Million KRW (Negotiable based on your prior teaching experience, qualifications, and overall ability).
- Accommodation: Clean, modern, and comfortable housing is provided close to the school campus.
- Paid Vacation: 11 working days of paid holiday PLUS all official Korean National Holidays.
- Standard Benefits: National Pension contributions, National Health Insurance, and Severance Pay upon successful contract completion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Must possess a great personality, strong instructional teaching skills, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Must hold or be eligible for a valid legal working visa in South Korea (E-2 or F-series) with all apostilled documents ready.
