Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 18,000 – 21,000 RMB (before tax); negotiable for exceptional candidates
- Free apartment provided
- Paid winter vacation (approx. 1 month)
- Unpaid summer vacation (approx. 2 months), with paid summer program options available
- Legal work visa sponsorship

Responsibilities
- Teach English to high school students using engaging and effective methods
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
- Encourage active classroom participation and interaction
- Attend school meetings and staff development sessions
- Provide constructive feedback and language support to students
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, English, or Linguistics preferred)
- At least 1 year of high school teaching experience
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or other teaching certification preferred
- Passionate about education and able to adapt to Chinese culture
