Location: Sanya, Hainan, China
Position: Secondary School English Teacher
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Teach English to middle school students
- Serve as a classroom teacher
- Create engaging and effective lesson plans
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Monthly Salary: ($2,000 – $3,500) 15,000-25,000 RMB (before tax), based on qualification and experience
- Holidays: Chinese public holidays
- Housing: 5,000 RMB monthly housing allowance (in addition to base salary)
- Airfare Allowance: 8,000 RMB per year upon completion of one-year contract
- Free Meals: Provided in the canteen on work days
- International Medical Insurance: Coverage provided
- Holiday Benefits: Full payment for 3 weeks winter holiday + 8 weeks summer holiday (payment based on percentage of yearly income)
- Year-End Bonus: 10% of the year’s base salary paid on the last day of the academic year
- Moving Compensation: 2,000 RMB
