Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ¥25,000 – ¥30,000/month (after tax), negotiable for exceptional candidates
Accommodation: Provided or fully covered
Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive days off
Paid Leave: 7 days of paid summer vacation

Requirements

Native English speaker with clear, standard pronunciation
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred)
Teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA preferred)
Experience teaching young learners is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and cultural adaptability

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons
Create a positive and interactive classroom environment
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions
