Job Overview
- Location: Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China
- Start Date: March 1, 2026
- Student Level: Middle School (Drama) / Primary (English)
- Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 RMB (before tax)
- Annual Travel Allowance: 5,000 RMB
- Holidays: All Chinese public holidays (fully paid) + partially paid summer and winter vacations
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging drama lessons focusing on acting, voice, movement, and stage performance
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different skill levels and encourage inclusive participation
- Teach English to primary students using interactive and student-centered approaches
- Assess and monitor students’ progress in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
Requirements
- Native English speaker preferred (non-native candidates with excellent pronunciation are welcome)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Theatre Arts, Education, or a related field
- Patient, creative, and passionate about teaching young learners
