🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Original diploma and academic certificates are required.
- A teaching certificate or early childhood education qualification is preferred.
- Native English proficiency with strong professional communication skills.
- An official Certificate of No Criminal Conviction must be provided.
- No revoked or suspended teaching license and no records of child-related misconduct.
- A passion for early childhood education, along with patience, care, responsibility, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to design fun, interactive, and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Ability to observe and document children’s growth and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Chinese and international teaching staff.
- Professional communication skills when interacting with parents.
