Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (inclusive of a one-hour break)

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily Teaching and Management: Organize daily activities and educational teaching work in the kindergarten, and develop teaching plans for the class.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Strictly implement the kindergarten’s safety and hygiene care system, along with the daily routine system for children.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain regular contact with parents, understand the home education environment of children, and discuss educational measures that suit their individual needs.
  • Class Management: Manage educational toys and class resources, and cooperate with other teachers and health staff to oversee children’s daily lives.
  • Teaching Plans and Records: Complete the “Nursery Teacher Work Plan” as required, and submit a weekly life log.
  • Child Development Attention: Understand each child fully and develop teaching plans tailored to their developmental levels and individual differences.
  • Implementation of Teaching Activities: Plan, organize, and implement activities that foster academic and personal growth.
  • Technology Application: Use relevant technology to support and enhance teaching.
  • Student Performance Assessment: Observe and assess the performance, progress, and development of students.
  • Childcare Duties: Support children during nap time by helping them sleep, changing diapers, and preparing bottles of milk.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Degree in Early Childhood or Preschool Education (college degree or higher preferred; exceptional candidates may be considered).
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a homeroom teacher.
  • Teaching Qualifications: Kindergarten teacher qualification certificate and Mandarin certificate required; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Love for children, patience, and strong affinity with young learners; familiarity with children’s habits and psychological needs.
  • Professional Development: Passion for education, proactive and responsible attitude, enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to maintain positive relationships with parents and complete assigned tasks effectively.
