Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, playful, and structured lessons for 4-year-old learners.
- Manage classroom behavior confidently and consistently, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
- Utilize multimedia tools and educational applications (e.g., iPads) to enhance classroom engagement.
- Build warm, caring, and patient relationships with young learners through daily interactions.
- Collaborate closely with Chinese co-teachers and international support staff.
- Flexibility to adjust to occasional weekend school events or training sessions (with advance notice).
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Native English speaker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven teaching experience with young children (kindergarten setting preferred).
- Skills: Strong, nurturing classroom management and excellent cross-functional teamwork abilities.
- Candidate Profile: Patient, energetic, with a genuine affinity for young children and a positive team-first mindset.
