Kindergarten Homeroom English Teacher Job in Hangzhou, China – Urgent Hiring
A kindergarten in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, is seeking an experienced Homeroom English Teacher to join its team as soon as possible. This role focuses on creating an English-immersion environment where young children can develop their language skills, confidence, and social, emotional, and cognitive abilities.

- Location: Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 7:50 AM–4:30 PM
- Monthly Salary: RMB 25,000–28,000 before tax, negotiable based on relevant experience, qualifications, and educational background

Key Responsibilities
- Lead an assigned homeroom class and create a warm, safe, and engaging English-immersion environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support children’s language, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Manage daily classroom routines, including circle time, learning centers, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods.
- Organize and participate in school events, including graduation ceremonies, sports days, holiday celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and other staff to plan classroom activities, events, and school-wide programs.
Candidate Requirements
- Native English speaker
- One of the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Education
- A bachelor’s degree plus a TEFL/TESOL certification
- At least two years of an equivalent teaching qualification, as specified by the employer
- At least two years of experience teaching young children aged 2–6
- Experience in toddler care or early-years education is preferred for the Toddler class role
