Salary & Benefits

Salary: 20,000 – 27,000 RMB before tax (depending on qualifications and experience)
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on working days
Student Age: 3 – 6 years old
Accommodation: Housing allowance of 1,000 RMB per month
Vacation: Public holidays as per State Council + ~20 days fully paid Chinese Spring Festival + 2 months unpaid summer break (option to work in summer camp)
Yearly Bonus: Up to one month’s salary (based on performance evaluation)
Flight Allowance: One return air ticket after one-year contract completion
Health Insurance: Basic healthcare insurance provided

Requirements

Native English speaker currently residing in China (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in kindergarten/preschool
Bachelor’s degree or higher (early childhood education-related field preferred)
Passion for working with young children, patient, and creative
Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate with local teaching teams
