Kindergarten English Teacher Wanted

We are seeking a qualified Kindergarten English Teacher to join a respected international kindergarten in Shenzhen, Guangdong, starting August 2025. This full-time position offers an excellent salary package and housing allowance.

Job Details:

Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong, China
Start Date: August 2025
Salary: ¥22,000 – ¥25,000 RMB/month (after tax)
Housing: ¥5,000 RMB/month housing allowance

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver intentional, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lessons
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly instructional plans that reflect children’s interests and abilities
Incorporate daily social-emotional learning into classroom routines
Lead dynamic whole-group Circle Time activities
Facilitate small-group instruction at the Teacher Table to promote personalized learning
Build positive relationships with children that encourage inquiry and critical thinking

Requirements:

Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Early Childhood Education, TESOL, or related field preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years of kindergarten teaching experience in China
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred
Patient, energetic, and culturally adaptable
