Kindergarten English Teacher Position – Cixi, Zhejiang, China (ASAP Start)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: 22,000 – 25,000 RMB after tax (competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Housing Allowance: Monthly housing allowance of 3,000 RMB
- Paid Leave: 7 weeks of paid winter and summer vacation, plus all official Chinese public holidays
- Annual Gratuity: Provided upon successful completion of each contract year
- Contract Completion Bonus: Awarded at the end of the two-year term
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster holistic development (social, emotional, cognitive, and physical).
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
- Use play-based and inquiry-led teaching approaches to encourage curiosity and creativity.
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress, and communicate regularly with parents and colleagues.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of full-time kindergarten teaching experience (reference letters required).
- Currently residing in China and able to transfer work visa or start immediately (for ASAP start).
