Kindergarten English Teacher Needed in Shenzhen

Compensation Package:
- Monthly Salary: 22,000 – 25,000 RMB (after tax)
- Housing Allowance: 5,000 RMB/month
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver intentional, developmentally appropriate instruction in both group and individual settings
- Maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans
- Foster social-emotional development through structured and play-based learning
- Lead engaging Circle Time sessions
- Conduct small-group sessions during Teacher Table time
- Create a nurturing, creative environment that promotes critical thinking
Candidate Requirements:
- Native English speaker (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Early Childhood Education or TESOL-related fields)
- 1–2 years of teaching experience in Chinese kindergartens
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred)
- Energetic, patient, and culturally adaptable
