Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary: 18,000 – 26,000 RMB (pre-tax, based on qualifications and experience)
- Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB per month
- Winter holiday: 1 month paid leave

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons for young learners
- Use songs, stories, games, and movement to support language development
- Create a warm, safe, and encouraging classroom environment
- Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers on lesson planning and daily activities
- Monitor and document student progress
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom
- Support students’ emotional and social development
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or Early Childhood Education preferred)
- Prior kindergarten or early childhood teaching experience preferred
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural working environment
- Strong commitment to long-term employment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
