Job Title:

Homeroom Teacher (IB Kindergarten)

Salary & Contract:

Monthly salary: 20,000 – 23,000 RMB (before tax, all-inclusive)
Full-time contract

Responsibilities:

Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners.
Plan and implement lessons aligned with IB curriculum (PYP preferred).
Support children’s holistic development (social, emotional, cognitive).
Work collaboratively with local co-teachers, parents, and school staff.

Requirements:

Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above in Early Childhood Education or related field
At least 1 year of kindergarten or early years teaching experience
IB PYP experience preferred
Currently residing in China is a plus
Patient, creative, and passionate about working with children
