Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten English Homeroom Teacher to join a reputable early childhood education institution in Qingyuan, Guangdong Province, China. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and supportive English learning environment for young children aged 2 to 6 years.
This role focuses on fostering early language development through structured lessons, interactive activities, and play-based learning methodologies that support the cognitive, emotional, and social growth of students.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary: 20,000 – 25,000 RMB (pre-tax)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons for children aged 2–6
- Create a fun, safe, and supportive classroom environment
- Implement daily classroom routines and structured learning activities
- Support students’ social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with local teachers to plan and execute curriculum-based lessons
- Monitor student progress and maintain proper documentation
- Provide feedback to parents and school management when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Eligible for a valid Chinese work visa
- Minimum 1 year of kindergarten or early childhood teaching experience (reference required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clean criminal record
- Good physical and mental health condition
