Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: RMB 26,000 – 32,000 before tax (depending on qualifications and teaching experience)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare teaching materials during designated prep time and develop original materials monthly aligned with the curriculum
Implement the English curriculum effectively and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Collaborate with Chinese English Teachers to ensure lesson consistency and quality
Maintain positive communication with parents and provide regular student progress updates
Assist the Lead Montessori Teacher in reviewing English materials, reports, and parent communications for accuracy

Candidate Requirements

Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
TEFL/TESOL/ELL certification required (unless degree is directly related with 2-year teaching reference)
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Passion for early childhood education
