Work Schedule & Hours
- Daily Workload: 8 working hours per day
- Schedule Flexibilty: Features a flexible working routine; exact daily schedule and teaching hours will be mutually discussed and finalized during the interview process.
Premium Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 3.0 Million – 3.2 Million KRW (Highly competitive rate for adult teaching roles)
- Accommodation Options: Comfortable housing is fully provided by the academy OR teachers may choose to use their own accommodation and receive a monthly Housing Allowance instead.
- Standard Benefits: All standard benefits provided in full accordance with South Korean labor laws, including National Pension, Health Insurance, Severance Pay (upon contract completion), and Paid Holidays.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Professionalism: Must be reliable, professional, and completely comfortable engaging with and teaching adult learners.
- Location Preference: Strong preference for qualified candidates currently residing within Daegu, though applicants from other regions of Korea or overseas are also highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Prior English teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory; full operational details and qualifications will be reviewed during the interview.
- Availability: Candidates who are available to transition and start as soon as possible will be prioritized.
