IB PYP Kindergarten English Teacher Needed – Xiamen, China (August 2026 Start)

Position Overview
- Location: Xiamen, Fujian Province, China (Beautiful Island City)
- Job Title: Kindergarten English Teacher (IB PYP Framework)
- Start Date: August 2026
- Curriculum: IB PYP (Primary Years Programme) & Project-Based Learning (PBL)
Compensation & Premium Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 23,000 RMB Pre-Tax (Includes Housing Allowance)
- Accommodation: Free comfortable Teacher’s Apartment provided by the school
- Paid Vacation: 1 month of paid Winter/Summer holidays (Paid at half base salary + full housing allowance) plus all official Chinese National Holidays
- Allowances & Support: Airfare allowance and full legal Work Visa (Z visa) fee reimbursement
- Insurance: Comprehensive Medical Insurance fully covered
Key Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Nationality: Native English speaker (to comply with local foreign expert work permit regulations).
- Age Profile: Aged between 22 – 40 years old.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Degrees in Early Childhood Education or English majors are highly preferred).
- Certification: Must hold a valid 120-hour TEFL or TESOL certificate.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching within an IB PYP framework or utilizing Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodologies is strongly preferred.
