Early Years Homeroom Teacher Needed in Haikou, China
An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated Early Years Homeroom Teacher at a high-end international kindergarten in Haikou, China. Co-lead a small toddler class with another foreign teacher, delivering play-based EYFS activities in a fully immersive bilingual environment.
Position Overview
- Location: Haikou, China
- Position Type: Full-Time Lead Foreign Teacher
- Student Age Group & Class Size: Toddlers aged 18 months to 2 years (Small class size of only 5–10 children)
- Class Structure: 2 Foreign Teachers per class
- Curriculum: EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) with monthly outdoor experiences
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (2 days off)
- Salary: ¥17,000 – ¥19,000 pre-tax per month

Candidate Requirements
- Citizenship: Native English speaker
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) preferred
- Certifications/Experience: 120-hour TEFL certificate preferred, OR 2 years of prior toddler teaching experience
