Homeroom English Teacher Position – Public Kindergarten in Shenzhen
An exciting full-time teaching opportunity is available at a public kindergarten located in the Longgang District, Shenzhen (near Dayun Station), affiliated with a university’s Basic Education Group. This position is scheduled to start ASAP and is ideal for qualified educators who love working with young children in a dynamic public school setting.
Position Overview & Requirements
- Location: Longgang District, Shenzhen, China (near Dayun Station)
- Starting Date: ASAP
- Nationality Requirements: Native English speakers from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Early Childhood Education or English-related majors preferred)
- Certifications & Experience: TESOL/TEFL certification required; teaching experience with young learners is a strong plus
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for a Z-visa for English teaching positions
Teaching Duties & Schedule
- Students: Children aged 2–6 years old (class size approximately 26 students)
- Subjects: Theme-based English, Phonics, Oral English, Story Reading, and more
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM – 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break); occasional Saturday half-day events
Salary & Benefits Package
- Monthly Salary: 17,000 – 20,000 RMB
- Paid Time Off: 13 paid public holidays plus 1 month summer holiday and 2 weeks winter holiday
