Hiring PYP Teacher (IB Certified) – Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province (Sep 2026)

Position Overview & Requirements
- Position: PYP Teacher (IB Educator Certificate required)
- School Type: Private Primary and Junior High School
- Location: Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China
- Start Date: September 2026
- Nationality: Native English speaker
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
- Certifications: TEFL/TESL certificate, valid teaching credentials, and IB Educator Certificate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant international school teaching experience
- Key Traits: Highly responsible, motivated, flexible, passionate, energetic, and creative
- Additional Skills: Ability to conduct project-based learning and provide fully qualified documents for a Chinese work permit.
Working Schedule & Teaching Load
- Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off, with rare weekend exceptions for enrollment/marketing events)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Teaching Load: Maximum of 20 classes per week
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive curriculum plans, academic schedules, and thematic project designs based on school objectives.
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Manage student records, analyze academic performance data, and provide constructive feedback to students and management.
- Organize subject assessments, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, and school activities.
- Participate in professional development workshops and school promotion programs.
Compensation & Benefits Package
- Monthly Salary: ₩/RMB 24,000 – 25,000 RMB before tax (Paid September to June)
- Winter Holidays: 75% paid for one full month

- Paid Leave: Full paid Chinese National Holidays
