Full-Time Kindergarten & Elementary English Instructor – Seongdong-gu, Seoul
Desirable Seoul Location: This full-time position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule in one of Seoul’s most sought-after districts, providing an excellent work environment with a comprehensive benefits package in full compliance with Korean labor law.
We are seeking professional, reliable, and enthusiastic English instructors dedicated to helping kindergarten and elementary school students build a strong foundation in English. This position features a supportive teaching environment with a focused curriculum, allowing you to focus primarily on high-quality lessons and student development.
Compensation and Housing Benefits
- Base Salary: ₩2,500,000 – ₩3,000,000 per month (Commensurate with qualifications and experience)
- Housing Support: Employer-provided fully furnished housing accommodation or a housing allowance.
- Start Date: ASAP and August 2026
Vacation and Benefits
- National Holidays: Observed strictly according to Korean labor law.
- Paid Vacation: 11 paid vacation days annually plus all Korean National Holidays.
- Financial Security: One full month’s severance pay upon successful completion of the 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for daily lessons efficiently in advance according to the academy curriculum.
- Conduct engaging, high-quality English classes for kindergarten and elementary school students.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom environment that fosters student participation.
- Communicate student progress professionally with the management team when required.
Ideal Candidate
- Language: Native-level English speaker.
- Visa Status: Eligible for E-2 visa sponsorship or currently holding valid work authorization (F-visa) in South Korea.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
- Skills: Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners.
