Hiring: Experienced Foreign Teacher for Bao’an IB Kindergarten in Shenzhen

Job Requirements

  • Native English speaker (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland)
  • Degree in Education preferred; TEFL/TESOL/Cambridge certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of kindergarten homeroom teaching experience (IB curriculum experience preferred)
  • Eligible for a Chinese Z visa and passionate about early childhood education

Your Responsibilities

  • Teach 20–25 students alongside 2 Chinese teachers and 1 caretaker
  • Design and deliver IB PYP-based English lessons integrating Arts, Drama, and Physical Education
  • Lead off-campus activities and support students’ holistic growth
  • Participate in weekly teaching seminars to enhance curriculum quality
