ESL Teaching Position – March 1, 2026 Start

Location: Gangseo-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Campus: Seoul Gangseo Campus

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ESL teacher to join our team starting March 1, 2026 (one week of paid training provided prior to the start date).

This position includes:

Morning Kindergarten classes (ages 5–7)
Afternoon Kindergarten or Elementary classes (Grades 1–5), depending on schedule

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
1-hour lunch break
Additional prep time and classroom breaks included

Compensation

Starting Salary: 2.6 million KRW per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Severance Bonus: One month’s salary upon successful completion of a one-year contract

Benefits

Single furnished housing provided OR housing stipend (teacher’s choice)
Return flight ticket or reimbursement up to 1 million KRW upon contract completion (not applicable for teachers currently residing in Korea)
11 paid vacation days annually in addition to national holidays
50% of National Health Insurance premium covered by the school
Monthly contributions to the National Pension Fund (matched according to Korean law)

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
Native-level English proficiency
Passion for early childhood and elementary education
Professional and team-oriented mindset
Previous ESL teaching experience preferred
