ESL Teaching Opportunity – September 2025
We are looking for motivated and caring English teachers to join a reputable school in Seongdong, Seoul. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach young learners in a structured and supportive environment located in one of Seoul’s most central and convenient districts.
Location: Seongdong District, Seoul, South Korea
Start Date: Early September 2025
Position Type: Full-Time ESL Teaching (Kindergarten & Early Elementary)
Job Details
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- School Hours: 8:50 AM – 5:40 PM
- Teaching Hours: Average of 4.5 teaching hours per day
- Student Level: Kindergarten & Early Elementary
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: From 2.6 million KRW (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Vacation: 11 paid vacation days, plus all Korean national holidays (red days)
- Housing: Furnished one-room apartment or housing allowance
- Airfare: One-way airfare to Korea provided
- Severance Pay: One month’s salary upon successful contract completion
- Health Insurance: 50% covered by the school
- National Pension: 50% contributed by the employer (for eligible candidates)
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any major)
- Fluent or native-level English proficiency
- Eligible for an E-2 or F-series visa
- TEFL/TESOL certification preferred
- Experience teaching young learners is a plus
