ESL Teaching Job in Bucheon, South Korea

City: Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do (conveniently located between Seoul and Incheon)
Country: South Korea

Start Date:

Contract Start: Early September 2025

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Student Age Group:

Kindergarten and Elementary School Students

Salary and Compensation:

Base Salary: ₩2.6 million KRW/month (negotiable based on experience)
Housing: Fully furnished one-room apartment or ₩400,000 monthly housing allowance
Vacation: 11 paid vacation days + all national Korean holidays (red days)

Full Benefits Package:

Round-trip airfare reimbursement
Severance bonus (equivalent to one month’s salary upon contract completion)
50% paid National Health Insurance
Enrollment in the Korean National Pension Plan

ESL Teacher Requirements:

Native English speaker (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa)
Bachelor’s degree (any field – Education/TESOL preferred)
Eligible for an E-2 or F-series visa
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred but not mandatory
Positive attitude and passion for teaching young learners
