English Teaching Position – Suwon, Gyeonggi-do
Start Date: June 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Renewable Contract
We are currently recruiting two full-time English teachers for a respected language academy located in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do. This is a great opportunity for educators who are passionate about teaching elementary students and are looking to build their careers in a structured and professional environment. Suwon offers the benefits of city living with easy access to Seoul and a rich historical and cultural background.
Position Overview:
Location: Suwon, Gyeonggi-do
Start Date: June 2025
Student Level: Elementary students only
Number of Positions Available: 2
Working Days: Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: 2.4 to 2.8 million KRW (based on experience and qualifications)
Housing: Furnished single housing provided
Airfare: One-way airfare to Korea provided
Completion Bonus: One-month severance pay at end of 12-month contract
Vacation: 11 days of paid vacation, in addition to all Korean national holidays
Health Insurance: 50% covered by the employer (National Health Insurance)
Pension Contribution: 50% covered by the employer (National Pension Scheme)
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (in any field; preference for Education or English)
- Native-level English proficiency
- Teaching experience with children preferred but not mandatory
- Must meet visa requirements to teach in South Korea
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to working with young learners
