Position: Nursery Homeroom Teacher or Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Shanghai Baoshan Kindergarten, near Mei Lan Lake Line 7 metro
Start Date: July 2024
Job Description:
Join our vibrant campus boasting a fully-accredited 6000 m² facility with amenities such as a playful library space, ECSTEM laboratory, dance and music studios, theatre, sand pit, and gardens. We are seeking enthusiastic teachers with the following qualities:
- Native English speaker with TEFL/TESOL certification
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Language or Early Childhood Education
- Unique and flexible approach to education (holistic views)
- Genuine passion for teaching
- Ability to take responsibility and lead
- Collaborative within a team setting
- Patient and well-organized
- Sincere yet humorous
- Inspiring to students
- Strong skills in visual arts, music, dance, or drama are a plus
- Recent non-criminal background check
Student Ages: 2-6 years old
Class Size: Maximum of 25 students, split in half for lessons and taught separately back-to-back
Regular School Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Remuneration Package:
- Salary range from ($3,455 – $3,869) 25K-28K RMB pre-tax per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
