ESL Kindergarten English Teacher Needed – Ningbo, Zhejiang, China (August 2026 Start)

Compensation & Attractive Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 22,000 – 25,000 RMB Before Tax (Highly negotiable for exceptionally qualified candidates)
- Accommodation Support: Free comfortable accommodation provided by the school OR a monthly Housing Stipend of 1,500 RMB instead.
- Paid Vacation: Enjoy 3 to 4 weeks of fully paid Winter Break plus all official Chinese National Holidays.
- Visa Support: Legal Work Visa (Z Visa) fully supported and processed by the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate lessons that encourage children to explore, play, and grow across cognitive, social, and emotional development areas.
- Foster a warm, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels safe, valued, and motivated to try new things.
- Keep thoughtful records of each student’s development milestones, classroom creative moments, and daily well-being to share meaningfully with families.
- Build trusting relationships with parents through open, friendly communication—sharing children’s triumphs, challenges, and daily discoveries.
- Lead interactive music, movement, storytelling, art, and play-based activities that tap into children’s natural wonder and diverse ways of learning.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Native English speaker (to comply with local foreign expert work permit regulations).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven English teaching experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are highly preferred).
- Certification: A valid 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is considered a strong asset/plus.
