English Teacher Needed – Gangnam, Seoul (August 2025 Start)
A reputable academy in Gangnam, one of Seoul’s most vibrant districts, is seeking an enthusiastic English teacher to work with kindergarten, elementary, and middle school students. This is a great opportunity to live and teach in the heart of Seoul.
Job Details
- Location: Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea
- Start Date: Late August 2025
- Student Levels: Kindergarten, Elementary, and Middle School
- Number of Positions: 1
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- School Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (teachers rotate every two weeks)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 2.5 million KRW per month (negotiable)
- Vacation: 11 days plus national holidays
- Housing: Furnished one-room apartment provided, or housing allowance
- Airfare: Provided
- Completion Bonus (Severance Pay): Provided
- Health Insurance: 50% covered
- National Pension: 50% covered
Requirements
- Native English speaker from an eligible country.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (required for E-2 visa).
- Teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and passion for teaching young learners.
