English Instructor for Adult Learners (4-Day Work Week)
Work-Life Balance: This schedule provides a 4-day work week and a total of approximately 36 working hours per week, offering an excellent work-life balance.
We are seeking professional, reliable, and enthusiastic English instructors dedicated to helping adult learners achieve their speaking goals. This position features minimal administrative duties, allowing you to focus primarily on high-quality teaching and student development in a supportive environment.
Compensation and Housing Benefits
- Base Salary: ₩2,200,000 – ₩2,400,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Monthly incentives based on student attendance rates. Most instructors earn an additional ₩350,000 – ₩550,000 per month.
- Housing Support: Employer-provided key money (deposit) of ₩10,000,000 along with a ₩500,000 monthly housing allowance.
Vacation and Benefits
- National Holidays: Observed strictly according to Korean labor law.
- Paid Vacation: 11 paid vacation days annually (can be used freely after three months of employment).
- Additional Perks: Further benefits will be discussed comprehensively during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for lessons efficiently in advance.
- Conduct engaging, high-quality one-on-one speaking classes.
- Complete brief post-class reports (approximately three lines per student).
- Maintain professional business-casual attire and warmly greet students before class.
Ideal Candidate
- Language: Native-level English speaker.
- Visa Status: Eligible for an E-2 visa or currently holding valid work authorization in South Korea.
- Skills: Strong communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for adult education.
