Adult ESL Teaching Job in Jongno & Gwanghwamun, Seoul

Now Hiring: Experienced ESL Teachers for Adult 1:1 English Classes in Central Seoul

Join a prestigious adult English education center located in Jongno and Gwanghwamun, Seoul. We are seeking native English speakers to teach motivated adult learners in business English, OPIC, and conversational topics. Positions begin in July 2025 with competitive compensation, bonuses, and strong support from a seasoned team.

Job Details

Location: Jongno or Gwanghwamun, Seoul, South Korea
Start Date: July 2025
Students: Adults (1:1 classes focused on Business English, OPIC, etc.)
Nationality Requirements: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
Training Period: 3 days (paid)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Saturday Work: Twice per month (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM, mandatory)
Contract Length: 1 year

Working Schedule Options

Option 1 (Split Shift): 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Option 2 (Block Shift): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: ₩2.3M – ₩2.6M KRW/month
Performance Bonuses: Up to ₩3.6M KRW/month with bonuses
Split Shift Bonus: ₩100,000 (6-month) / ₩200,000 (12-month)
Saturday Overtime Pay: ₩300,000 for twice/month work
Completion Bonus: Provided upon successful contract completion
Booking Bonus: Based on student booking performance
Housing: One-room housing provided or ₩550,000 monthly housing allowance
Vacation: 11 paid vacation days + Korean national holidays
Insurance & Pension: Health insurance and national pension (50/50 split)
