Job Overview
- Location: Hangzhou, China
- Start Date: ASAP, 2026
- Student Age: 2–6 years old
- Monthly Salary: RMB 22,000 – 25,000 (before tax)
- Housing Allowance: RMB 3,000 per month
- Vacation: 14 days of paid vacation (including weekends) during Chinese New Year and other Chinese legal holidays
- Professional Growth: Regular professional development and training opportunities provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-design and implement English curriculum and lesson plans together with Chinese teaching staff.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit children with varying levels of English proficiency.
- Continuously track and document each student’s learning progress, maintaining records and portfolios.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during both indoor and outdoor activities.
- Respond promptly to children’s individual needs, whether verbal or non-verbal, while respecting their personality, abilities, and cultural background.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten or working with 3–6-year-old students (ability to submit recommendation letters required).
- Ability to pass a background check and provide a clean health report.
